What plumbing fittings do you get with the washbasins?
All washbasins come with a complete overflow kit (waste kits are not supplied in order to give the customer the freedom to choose a standard or pop up waste.

How do you adjust the wall hanging bracket?
By adjusting the bottom screw, the unit is adjusted in the vertical position.
By adjusting the top screw, the unit is adjusted in the horizontal direction, on or off the wall.

How do I remove the door?
All hinges are clip hinges, by pulling the clip at the back of the hinge forward this will release the hinge from the plate, to refit the hinge it is only a matter of pushing the hinge back in place until a click is heard.

How do I fit a NLB light box to the wall?
The lightbox comes with a complete fixing kit plus instructions. A hanging plate and bar is first screwed to the wall in the relevant position, once in position the lightbox is pushed onto the bars protruding from the wall to give a secure and concealed fixing.

Do you supply a cistern with a internal overflow?
Cistern one has an external overflow (has to pass through an outside wall)

What is the construction of the units?
The units are all sent out rigid and the construction is glue and doweled.

How far does the drawer open?
The distance between the front of the carcase and the back of the drawer front is 200mm.

Do all lights come with their own transformer?
All light sets have their own transformer (lights sold as singles do not come with a transformer).

If I don't want to fit my toilet lever in the standard position, is there any other solution?
You could use the cistern two which has a push button instead of a lever. The button can be situated up to 750mm away from the cistern.

How thick are the bridging panels?
All bridging panels are 19mm thick.

How are the cast marble washbasins fixed to the unit?
The best solution is to fix the washbasin to the unit using silicon sealant.

Why do my drawers have to be assembled on site?
This is to reduce the risk of damage in transit (a guide to easy installation is provided with every unit).

Do I have to order left or right hand doors with my units?
All doors are un-handed (unless otherwise stated)

I have cut my fascia with the template provided with my sink, but the cut out is too deep and as such there is a gap underneath the sink?
Always remember that there will be a worktop on top of the unit and this has to be calculated in when marking the fascia template.

I have fitted the runners to the side panels for my pull out Linen Basket but the basket is too low when fitted onto the runners.
Make sure that the runners are the right way up, as having them upside down will cause the basket to catch onto the bottom panel.
